For the purposes under item 3 herein above, we shall only process the following Personal data: your names, work address, email, certified email address, phone and fax numbers, employer company, business role and position.

Your personal data will be stored in paper form in our premises and in electronic form on the servers of our providers which are based in Switzerland.
Your data may be transferred to our subsidiaries, based in the EU. Specifically, your Personal data may be transferred to “Nvalue Energia” EOOD, a Bulgarian company, fully owned by us. All such
transfers shall be executed according to the applicable Swiss and European legislation.
7/ Processing of Your Personal data
Your personal data, whether on paper or electronic form, will be processed for the purposes under item 3 herein above by the following means: collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, update, adaptation or alteration, retrieval and analysis, consultation, use, combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
8/ Storage period for Your Personal data
The data collected under item 3(i) shall be kept for the whole duration of our agreements and for such period after their termination so that we ensure that all time-barring legal terms have elapsed;
The data collected under item 3 (ii) shall be kept for 5 (five years)
9/ Your rights regarding your Personal data
You will have the unhindered possibility to exercise all the rights confined to You by the applicable legislation and in particular:
Right to access (section 15 GDPR) – you have the right to receive information if your data is processed or not. If your data is processed, you have the right to receive further information for the purposes of such processing, the categories of the processed personal data, the storage period, the recipients to whom such data can be and is actually transferred;
Right to rectify (section 16 GDPR): if we have inaccurate or incomplete Personal data, you can request us to correct it or to complete it;
Right to erase (section 17 GDPR): in the cases, specified in the GDPR, you can request us to delete, within a reasonable period, your Personal data;
Right to restrict (section 18 GDPR): in the cases, specified in the GDPR, you can limit or restrict us from processing Your Personal data;
Right to Data Portability (section 20 GDPR): in the cases, specified in the GDPR, You have the right to receive back the Personal data that you provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and obtain the transmission of such data to another controller without any hindrance;
Right to object (section 21 GDPR): You can object to the processing of Your personal data by us, unless we have a legitimate ground for such processing;
Right to file a complaint with the supervising authority: you can file such complaint with the supervising authority of any member-state, particularly with the authority of the member-state of your domicile
